Poly E70 Camera Not Working

Hello Teams Community,

We've recently purchased several Poly G7500 Teams Rooms systems, with Poly E70 cameras, to use with Teams.

We're unable to get the camera to work for Teams meetings.

Please Can you help?

    Thank you for your reply.

    The problem is that we have a G7500 with an E70 camera running the “Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android” application. 

    It is signed in to Teams and everything works, except that the camera feed shows a blank black screen rather than video from the E70. 

    This is the problem we’re trying to fix.  Is this a supported configuration, and if not, can you tell me when it will be supported? 

    According to Poly, this configuration is ready for use, but it is pending certification by Microsoft. 

    Can you tell me when this certification will be complete and when we will be able to use this equipment?

    I have read your question carefully and done some research, please kindly refer to following suggestions:

    First of all, as Henjum describes, you can check to turn off Teams and restart.

    Also I want to confirm to you that the inability to work that you described means that you cannot hear the sound in the meeting or is it not displayed?

    In addition, when you change a camera, please also make sure your settings, for reference please read this article: Manage your call settings in Teams (microsoft.com)

    At the same time, I would like to confirm whether you got same mistake in Teams in web, please check it: Teams in web

    To narrow down the scope of question, I would like to collect some information:

    If you get some error information or error code, please share the screenshot with me so that I can do further research.

    If it is convenient, I also need your feedback on the results of all the suggestions I have tried above.

    Hello!

    So the camera is added to your system but does not show up in team?

    When adding an external camera I have found that you have to completely close Teams for it to show up.

    Then relaunch Teams and see if its there.
