Based on your description, I understand that you have a concern with “Calling Party Name Replication Timeframe?”. We are looking into the issue, however before we proceed, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.
Kindly share the following information with us:
- Are you using Microsoft's Calling Plan or SBC?
- When did you make the change?
Meanwhile, As far since I know, any policy change may take up to 48 hours to take effect; if there is still no effect after 48hours, please do let us know so that we can investigate further, as it might be a calling issue.
