Good day, I have a student account and tried to explore Microsoft but i accidentally denied access of some of my devices. Which I thought that it will forget the password on that device. I tried contacting the ICT on mya school but said to contact Microsoft. What can I do about this matter?

Well, This issue can occur if the device was either deleted or disabled in Azure Active Directory (AD), and the action was not initiated for the device itself.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps:

If the device was disabled in Azure AD, an administrator who has sufficient privileges can re-enable it from the Azure AD portal, as follows:

Sign in to the Azure portal. https://portal.azure.com/

Select Azure Active Directory > Devices.

Examine the disabled devices list in Devices, by searching on the username or device name.

Select the device, and then select Enable.

If the device was deleted in Azure AD, you have to re-register it manually. For detailed steps to do this, see Re-enable or re-register the device.

    Hello, Faith_21

I am Igor, an Independent Advisor and I will be glad to help you with this question.
    Please try

Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Access work or School
In there the Microsoft account is visible. above the account there is Connect option. In there you have two options to connect the device to Azure.

If that does not work please try to this another advice from the thread below, its related with device settings on the Azure:
