Hello

I have a Channel in which there are multiple discussion threads. Suddenly one day, the Channel is showing up blank on my computer, however, the same Channel when viewed on the phone shows all of the discussions.

Please help.

Thank you

    Hi Daniel

I am having this trouble using the Teams application on my computer. I signed out and restarted the application and it seems the problem has gone. Although I did this a couple of times earlier and it didn't work then.

Thanks for your reply. I'll repost here if the problem persists.

    Regards

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

I'm wondering whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.
    4. Go check the problematic channels

Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

If you are not experiencing the same issue on MS Teams online then please reset the MS Team app and see how it goes.

Please visit the following article and refer to the section, under the "Windows: Clear Teams Cache" section. https://www.uvm.edu/it/kb/article/clearing-team...
