Email Notifications

I am receiving e-mail notifications whch arrive mostly after i have read the original message in my group discussion. The heading is "There's new activity in Teams <******@email.teams.microsoft.com>" How do I turn these off as I don't need them and they are a hinderence.

Hi Ian,

Thanks for your post on the community forum. I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

As per the description, I understand that you want to stop the email notification from for Teams activity. If so, you could turn off email notification by these steps:

Select profile pic icon > select settings > notifications > In Email section, Set "Missed activity emails" to "Off"(see screenshot).

    Hi Nik,

    Thank you ever so much for the response. I have changed the 'Settings' so hopefully the e-mails will stop. Once things are a little quieter I may be able to have a play and personalise my Teams more.
