Received an error message when testing Teams approval

Good morning,

May someone provide me with some information about what does this error code mean? Correlationid - c0b880b0-55fc-11ed-b8d1-5fae35931ef6. My client was trying to reject a request using Teams and received this message.

    It has been resolved! There was 2 people who were sent the approval request. The application was built for the first to respond. One of the individuals had already made a response so when the other client tried to reject, the error message appeared. There was no longer an approval available to make a response.
