Hi Microsoft support team

I've an issue with 'Microsoft Lists' tab in Teams:

When 'Adding an existing list' from an old Sharepoint subsite (not Teams related) its items are not displayed.

But I succeded selecting this same source to 'Create a list'...

...and, if I add a Sharepoint tab on my Teams channel, select this same source, its elements are succesfully displayed.

So it looks a 'Microsoft List' tab related issue

Thanx!

First of all thanx for your fast response and the suggestions!

    1. Try to re-add this list and add it via Teams on web browser. --> Already tried, still failing
    2. Add same list to a different group and channel to see if issue exists.  --> Already tried, still failing
    3. Try to add a different list to the same channel for test.  -->Already trying, still failing
    4. If there’re other members in team has permission, try to let one member to add it to see if it would be a different outcome. --> Already tried, still failing.

It seems the problema is with the source since I can successfully open Lists from other Teams: Anyway, since I managed to see this list with the 'Sharepoint app' in Teams, I will wait for 'Microsoft Lists' fancy features being added to 'Sharepoint app' also.

    Thanx!

    Hello Efialttes,

From your description, I tried to test it and failed to reproduce this issue. I created a list in one SharePoint site and added some items to it:

When I tried to add it to Teams via List tab, all items could be successfully displayed in Teams:

My view of point is that you could following steps to narrow down the issue:

    1. Try to re-add this list and add it via Teams on web browser.
    2. Add same list to a different group and channel to see if issue exists.
    3. Try to add a different list to the same channel for test.
    4. If there’re other members in team has permission, try to let one member to add it to see if it would be a different outcome.

If there’s any related information, welcome back and feel free to share with us. And if my test steps are different from your scenario, please do not hesitate to point it out so that we can know your issue better.

    Best Regards,

    Anna
