"include computer sound" doesn't work

Hi, I shared a sound file to others few weeks ago with the use of "include computer sound" button, which went perfectly well. However, I try to do the same these days but failed. I clicked the same "include computer button" but people can see only the screen with no sound they can hear. May I ask how to solve the problem? Thanks.
