Insert Inline picture from Team Files

Hello,

I like to control the file structure of the channels I create so would prefer to upload pictures using a Synced Onedrive folder then post them in a channel conversation.

I notice that I am not able to insert images in-line if you choose to attach an image from an existing Teams site.  You also cannot view the thumbnail.

Is there some way to fix this?

Thanks,

Shivan

    Hello Shyamal,

Thanks for confirming that the feature doesn't currently exist, I have realized that copying and pasting from windows does work for inserting inline pictures for illustrative purposes (doesn't actually share the picture).

I've submitted the idea as you suggested.

    Best Regards,

    Shivan
