Camera and microphone

Hi! I'm am using the Web app for MST, but I have a problem with turning on the camera and the speakers. I have 2 dives-a laptop and a computer. From the computer everything is fine, but the problem is in the laptop. I'm a teacher and when I'm from my laptop my students can't hear me or see me. And that's a big problem. When I try to start a meeting there's popping one window and It's saying: ,,Are you sure that you don't want to turn on your camera and your microphone. If you want them to be turned on you need to click on the camera icon.,, Here the problem is that I don't have this icon. Then below this there is another thing and it's saying: ,, Click here to continue with the camera and the microphone turned off.,, But when I click this its start a meeting and I can't turn on my camera and my microphone either.

Can you help me?

    From your mentioned description, can we re-confirm from below information from your side?

    1. Which operating system you are using? Is it Windows 10 or Mac or any other?
    2. Whether you are using In-built (internal) or external audio and video device for Teams?

    We understand that you are using Microsoft Teams web app client, if yes, generally there is no Device settings option available on Teams web app. But, please try to double verify browser permissions and settings to allow camera and microphone to work in Teams.
