How to enable the chat function. Its say its been disabled by the administrator/.

Hi Shereen,

Thanks for posting concern here, following are the detailed steps to enable chat function:

  1. Login to Teams admin center.
  2. Expand Users section and select your account.
  3. Scroll down and click Policies, then open your Messaging policy.
  4. Turn on the chat feature.
