Adding Project Tracker tool to a Team

I have a team that is a "Project Management" team and love the "Project Tracker" tool. I use it to schedule and assign tasks with a variety of other info I am able to customize. I would like to add this app/feature/tool to a separate, pre-existing team but I am unable to find the tool. Teams suggests the "Tasks" app but it doesn't offer the customization with organization and fields.

Does anyone know how I can add this tool to pre-existing Teams?

    May I confirm if you mean this Project track under the Manage a Project template? The Project Tracker is actually a list in the site.

    2.Edit the name and choose the site you want to apply the list.

    3.Open Teams and press the "+", add Lists

    4.Choose the list you created earlier.

    5.Now, you are having a tracker on the tab.
