Random Black Bar

Hi,

I was logging on to the Microsoft Teams software on my computer, as I had a scheduled meeting that I needed to attend. I was looking at my calendar to see the particular timing when I saw this black bar on my screen (pictured below).

I was not in any teams meeting at the time and it seems to be following me when I'm on my 'assignments' tab as well. I need help on how to get rid of it.

I look forward to your response for how to tackle this problem. I did not see any question asking this which is why I decided to ask it.

Thank you!

    Hi SSM,

Good day! Hope you are doing well. I am Jennifer, an Independent Advisor and Teams user like you.

Can you please perform the resolution steps below:

    1. Sign out from Teams
    2. Clear the Teams credential through:

Search for Credential Manager > Windows Credential > Delete ALL Teams cache credential

    1. Delete the Teams cache through below and delete everything inside

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams

    1. Sign in to Teams again

    Hope this helps.

Kindly confirm if this helps or if you still need further assistance.

    Thank you and stay safe!

Same problem. Weird non-functional black bar exactly as shown above is appearing in Teams.
