Screen Share Problems

The tool bar where I can select to include system audio no longer pops up.    Even when i move the mouse around at the  top, it no longer appears.    Also, I noticed that when I click to share my screen, the drop down choices of screens to share are gone and I only have an option for blank desktop.  I have to click the option for blank desktop first and then another window pops up where I can choose which screen/ application.   The share works, but again, no option to include system audio.  Where did it go?

Hi Teacher4382,

Based on your description, if you are using Teams desktop client, you may double confirm if you turn on new meeting experience. Go to your profile picture > Settings > select Turn on new meeting experience

After you change the setting, restart Teams so the changes take effect:

On Windows, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar > Quit. Then open Teams again.

On Mac, Ctrl+click the Teams icon > Quit. Then open Teams again.

Moreover, you can sign in Teams web app to see if you can find the option there. Besides, contact your admin double check if admin changes any policy for you.

If above method not working, please provide an issue screenshot of your Teams interface for further analysis.
