DevTools option for Linux Teams Desktop App

On Linux there is now way to access DevTools: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/tabs/how-to/developer-tools

This makes it very hard to diagnose issues that crop up only in the App vs the browser.

Since it is an Electron app and the Linux version is already in 'Preview' mode it should be straightforward to enable access to the DevTools from a shortcut.

I am running Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.30857 (64-bit) on Ubuntu.

There are already many discussions, for over a year, about allowing access to this feature but without any indication of acknowledgement from those who work on the product.
