Microsoft Teams Availability Status

Recently status has been seen or shown as unavailable. Unable to change status. How do i fix it so i can see my team and my own personal status?

Service Health Dashboard has indicated that issue TM212081has been resolved as of: May 6, 2020, at 12:05 AM UTC. If you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.

Hi Chrisb94,

This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident TM212081 starting at Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 7:21 PM UTC. The user experience of this incident is: Users are unable to view or update user presence in Microsoft Teams. More info: Users will see a "Status Unknown" message when attempting to view another users' status.

Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link here

If you are experiencing a similar issue and do not see an SHD post, please let us know by sharing your tenant information via Private Message (PM) as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.
