Setup Project using release

I'm trying to make a setup project in visual studio 2019 using .Net framework 4.7.2

In setup project, when I've tried to change the configuration of the project from Debug to Release, I got the following error:

Hello @HassanElgamily-6702 , welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. Did you edit or custom some configurations in your project, such as .xxproj file, pre-build events, post-build events and some commands? If yes, perhaps this issue is affected by these configurations/commands.
