JavaScript error during Teams installation

I am attempting to install 64-bit Microsoft Teams for a client, and continue to receive the following error message:

I have deleted any Teams directories from AppData, rebooted, and still receive this error when running the installer.

    Hi Nicholas,

    I'm Paul, a fellow customer like you & an Independent Advisor. Kindly try to create a new user profile (as per the link below), then see if you're able to install Teams from there.
