Is there a way to keep email notifications turned on, but ensure that I am the only one in the team to receive the notification? Please advise.

I'm on a team that uses an MS Form. Each time someone accesses the form, every team member gets an email notification. This morning I had 14 emails! Is there a way to receive the email ONLY when the form is submitted by someone; not each time one of the team members opens the form? We DO need the email when a requester fills out the form, but NOT each time one of our team members opens it. Thank you!

Hi Lisa,
Yes, it will affect others as well. As a forms publisher, you also participate in form survey. When you silent notification, it will apply to all participants in form survey.
I hope this helps.

Nik
Thank you. If I make that change, will it affect others receiving email notifications or just me? I don't want to stop others from getting the notifications if they still want them.
Hi,
I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.
You could try disabling email notification for a form:
Open the form, click the more button(v) on the upper-right corner of your screen, select Settings(refer screenshot for navigation), and then:
I hope this helps
