However, when he requests access with the provided button, this should send an e-mail to me (I am listed as the meeting notes owner, having created them originally): "Others can request access, and the owner of the notes will be notified via email." I do
not receive an e-mail. I have checked the spam folder too, to be sure. The meeting organizer also did not receive an e-mail.
I have tried deleting the notes and remaking them (pasting the previous content) but this too did not provide the new team member with access.
We are still under the limit of 20 people in this meeting.
How can we grant our new team member access to the meeting notes?
