    Good afternoon Ankita,

My pen name is ***s, my true user is ***

My real name is Manuel Provincial(Boy. I'm a mining engineer. Through Microsoft teams I'm preparing a test

    For the government of Spain).

I've been telling you, I ve done the steps you told me yesterday... and only in the second case

(uninstall TEAMS and install it again) at first I see the pdf files, then it turns the black screen.

I Tell you, it only shows up the black screen when I try to open the Pdf file. Meanwhile, if I see all that is the

Team is interface, it's not a problem.

It's strange, because when the screen is in black yes I can download pdf files to the desk, but if you

uninstall teams and install it again, for a while I see the original pdf files, but I can t download them to the desk.

    DATA provided:

    Mail TEAMS: ***

Office 365 Microsoft Teams: Version free.

    Name: Manuel Provincial.

    Profession: Mining engineer.

    Screenshot attached.

PD (This only occurs with the version of Mac - Catalina).

Pending your answer, you receive a strong embrace … Manuel.
