I followed the instruction below trying to add a telephone # (located in Canada) to be able to send SMS, but an error show up with "We can't set up the conversation because your organization are not set up to talk to each other"

Hi Albert,

My name is Didi. I'm happy to help you today.

I'm afraid the ability to use the SMS feature is currently only available in the 'Teams personal' and 'Teams small business versions' but not in the business version.
