Microsoft team doesn't recognize email

I want to add a member to my Microsoft team but when I type the email address the Microsoft team doesn't recognize it. I am sure that this email is correct.

that gives no resolution,

To set up a Teams meeting you need to add several email addresses and Teams does not recognise them therefore the meeting fails.

Therefore most people dread the counter intuitive Teams and use Zoom ,which nobody had heard of until last year.

The issue usually happens if we use our work email account and the administrator didn't grant permission to add members to Teams.
