Hello, few days ago, I discovered that my screen is partially blocked when I used Microsoft Teams for my virtual class. The blockage appears like a wide band of white covering on the left side of the screen running from top to bottom. I often use teams for virtual classes since I a remote student. I do not know what else to do, help. Please find attached a screenshot

    Hi Savy_Dre,

Thank you for choosing Microsoft forum.

Regarding your concern, would you please kindly try the following workarounds to see if they could help?

    1. Check your Teams updates.
    2. Uninstall Microsoft Teams and Reinstall Teams.
    3. Try signing in Teams web app as an alternative.
    4. Update your operating system.
    5. Clear Teams cache in System (C:) > Users > Your name > AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Teams. Once completed, close Teams client and restart your computer.

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp

    Thank you!

    Sincerely,

    Qian
