Cannot create call-in information

the help site says:

If you'd like to include a dial-in number and conference ID for your Teams meeting, do one of the following:

Schedule the Teams meeting from Outlook. Those meeting details are automatically included.

Schedule the meeting from Teams, but make sure PSTN conferencing is turned on for your account. (Talk to your IT admin if you're not sure.)

However when I create a new Teams meeting from Outlook it only creates the join information for the computer program or mobile app. How do I provide a call-in only option for my attendees?

Thanks for your screenshots. Sorry for the late reply since I was out of office.

    Hi AmyK74,

Thanks for posting in our community.

Based on your description, after schedule a meeting in Teams, you could see the phone conference when you choose edit in your calendar, like the below screenshot:

From my experience, you may haven't set up audio conference well. Please refer to the instruction to help set up phone number in Teams.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/audio-conferencing-in-office-365/set-up-audio-conferencing

Besides, sometimes Outlook client stuck at loading the dial-in info in Teams invite, you can try to create a Teams meeting by clicking New Items > Meeting > Teams Meeting to check if it helps.

If the issue persists, could you please provide a screenshot when you click edit in your calendar? I am very happy to help you further. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Nerissa
