Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business

If you’re experiencing multiple dropped calls or you’re getting disconnected from a Teams meeting, here are some things you can try.
- Sign out of Teams by selecting your profile picture at the top right of Teams and then selecting Sign outfrom the menu options. Once Teams closes, open it again and sign in with your email and password.
- Uninstall Teams from your device, then reinstall it.
- If you’re using a VPN to access Teams, turn it off and back on.
- If you’re using the Teams desktop or mobile app, try using the web version: https://teams.microsoft.com/.
- Restart your WiFi modem.
- Check the official Microsoft Twitter account for service incidents to see if there are any known issues: https://twitter.com/MSFT365Status.
In addition, it also maybe a conflict between Teams and other applications. You could perform a clean boot to eliminate whether this issue is caused by software conflicts.
