PLC Notebook Template

Question

I have a PLC created in Teams. I would like to add the OneNote PLC notebook.  The notebook wasn't created when the Team was created :(.  Is the template available to share with me so I can us in my team?

Thanks for the reply. You don’t need to delete your current PLC team. You may ask your admin to refer to the link for create a new test PLC team separately to see whether PLC notebook automatically added on General channel tab. For detailed steps, please refer to the article: Create a PLC team in Microsoft Teams

Regarding “A OneNote template does not exist for me to copy from and add to my current PLC”, do you mean that you want add OneNote tab to your PLC team? If so, you can add OneNote tab to PLC team. See Add a OneNote notebook to Teams

Moreover, if you still having problem to add OneNote tab/create new PLC team please provide us with detailed steps screenshot which you have tried via the private message so that we can better understand and further assist you.

I'm not the system admin.  The admin wasn't sure how to do this step. Additionally, i have already added members into my PLC and would prefer not to delete this PLC.

Generally, when you create a PLC team in Microsoft Teams, PLC notebook automatically added on General channel tab.

Does this issue happen with every PLC team or specific PLC team?

You may try to create another PLC team in Microsoft Teams to see whether PLC notebook automatically added on General channel tab. It will help us to determine whether it is specific PLC team side issue. See Create a PLC team in Microsoft Teams

Moreover, if you still having problem please provide us with the detailed steps screenshot which you have tried to create PLC team and email address via the Private Message for further analysis.
