Cannot open assignment pages in Microsoft teams

Hi

I have been using Microsoft teams since August. a month I encountered a problem where i cannot open assignment tabs on the teams app. I tried opening it on my laptop and with mobile data instead of wifi but i still cant open it. On phone it loads for quite some time and shows this error. While on pc it doesnt load at all ans clicking on the "view assignment" button doesn't do anything. I tried uninstalling the teams app and reinstalling it but i still can't open it.  I tried contacting my teams admin but didnt get a reply from them.( This is not the account connected to my teams since it didnt allow me to use the email provided by my school) i would be glad to provide any information you need about my account.

    Still doesn't work. I have a feeling that it has something to do with my account. I can not open assignments in any device.

    You mentioned that you are using a different account in Teams which is different from the email provided by your school.
    For this case, you need to reach out to your Teams/IT admin and confirm if the account you are currently using has been added in your organization and have permission to view assignments.

    Can you help me with this? I couldn't open assignments in either the window app nor on the web browser. It got nothing to do with my account, I use other computers and it works just fine, only on this computer do I have such problem.

    My name is Veejay, I'm an Independent Advisor.

    I suggest to clear your Teams desktop app cache:

    1. Sign out on Teams > Quit Microsoft Teams by right clicking the icon and select Quit.
    2. On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R
    3. Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the RUN then OK.
    4. Delete the contents of the entire folder.
    5. Restart Device > Restart Microsoft Teams > Sign In.

    Can you try accessing your Teams account in the web app using Chrome or Edge browser as recommended browsers to access Microsoft Teams online and check if you can open Assignments.
