Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories

Since the issue only happens to Teams desktop client, you can try the following steps to clear Teams cache and check if it makes any difference.
- Fully exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client. To do this, either right click Teams from the Icon Tray and select ‘Quit’, or run Task Manager and fully kill the process.
- Go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams.
- Once in the directory, you can try to delete all the files in this folder.
- Re-open Teams and the files will be recreated.
And if the issue persists, I'd like to collect more details for the further investigation.
- Does the user cannot see Conversation tab in some specific channels? Or it's a blank page? If it's convenience, please capture a screenshot for the better understanding.
- What's the Teams desktop client version? Please grab a screenshot via Avatar > About > Version.
