Reading Progress doesn't load on student iPads

Hello.

I made an assignment for all my students for summer vacation using Reading Progress, but none of them were able to do the assignment on their iPads. Instead, the reading assignment never loaded in. The students who have phones can do it there. The iPads were on the most recent update, and we tried restarting the iPads and redownloading the Teams app. Nothing fixed the problem. I'm curious what the issue is?

    Feel free to let us know the result when you test Reading Progress by using Teams web app in browser.

    If issue still happens, we'd like to confirm that if you try a different assignment with Reading Progress, just for test purpose, does same situation still happen on iPad? This can help you narrow down the situation and check whether the issue happens in a specific assignment.

    Thank you for your response.

    1. There is no error message, it just continues to load endlessly.
    2. We did not attempt it on the browser. I will try that later on.
