Link broken for RewriteExtensibility.msi for url-rewrite 2.1

Hello,

Is there a new link to download the url-rewrite Extensibility Samples? The "Download Samples" link for it on the url-rewrite page no longer works.

    URL-rewrite Extensibility Samples is an outdated product, no longer supported by Microsoft, you can use its replacement: url-rewrite.
