Teams Forms - View Results

Question

Hi all!

I have been trying to set up a form in Teams to capture the daily step count of people on my team as part of a competition. I created a form with questions for each day where people can enter their totals. I had issues with people accidentally editing and deleting questions, so i found a workaround (on this forum) to create the form, then add a second from and "existing form" so it would not be in edit mode.

The form is now working, but in the Fill mode it does not give the option to view results. Help! This is way more confusing than it should be.

How can i view the results?
