Mac Teams cannot switch account

Teams always login back the same account Whatever reinstall and delete system file. I cannot log out to login another account. it runs unbelievably way even when I type in 1@1 for logging in.

Hi Phoo.H,

Thank you for reporting the problem you encountered to us. About the issue you described, please kindly do below steps to see if it helps:

  1. Navigate to the following folder in your Mac and then delete them:

~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams 

~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams.shipit 

~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams

  1. Open Keychain Access from /Applications/Utilities folder.

Delete all keychains starting with Microsoft Teams.

Note: You may have to unlock your keychain by using your password.

When you down all above steps, restart your PC and then try again to check the result.
