Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories

Thank you for reporting the problem you encountered to us. About the issue you described, please kindly do below steps to see if it helps:
- Navigate to the following folder in your Mac and then delete them:
~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams
~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams.shipit
~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams
- Open Keychain Access from /Applications/Utilities folder.
Delete all keychains starting with Microsoft Teams.
Note: You may have to unlock your keychain by using your password.
When you down all above steps, restart your PC and then try again to check the result.
