Problem with assigning Calling ID to Call Queue

Hello

I have previously configure my IT team with a call queue and assigned a calling ID of a resource account to enable us to call with that number.

I have now configured a similar call queue for another team (Intelligence) in my organization and when attempting to assign the call queue's resource account so they can call from their group I get the error that it's already associated.

I also seem to now be unable to assign additional calling IDs to the original IT team I had previously added multiple accounts to.

Could you please advise what's changed, or what we need to do to add these accounts and enable calling?

    Dear Joseph ,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

First according to your description, please kindly use admin account within your organization to check the caller ID policy settings in the Teams admin center (admin.teams.microsoft.com). For your reference: Manage caller ID policies in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs

In addition, I recommend that you try to temporarily unassign the call ID for everyone and then reassign it to check the results.

At the same time, to narrow down the scope of question, I would like to collect complete screenshot which includes error information and error code you got so that I can do further research. Thanks a lot in advance for your understanding!

Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

    Sincerely,
