Upload and download problem in assignment section

I can't download, upload and even open any documents from assignment section in teams. Whenever i'm trying to download, upload or open any document in teams, it says error or nothing. This problem doesn't occur any other places in teams(chat or particular teams file section), only in assignment section, and only in my pc, both in web app and desktop app. I can upload, download and open documents from assignment in my smartphone app so i can't understand where the problem is. Using phone is irritating, so i need to fix the problem in my pc

    Hello,

    My name is Veejay, I'm an Independent Advisor.

    I suggest to clear your Teams desktop app cache:

    1. Sign Out on Teams app then after that, right click on the Teams Icon on the task bar and Select Quit.
    2. On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R.
    3. Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the Run Window then OK.
    4. Delete the contents of the entire folder.
    5. Restart device > Restart Microsoft Teams > Sign In.

    I doesn't work, i've seen this solution before but may be it works when someone has global upload problem i mean everywhere in the team, but particularly for assignment section it is useless.

    Please follow some recommendations/question below:

    1. For the Teams web app, you may try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser. Please check on this link on how to clear it:

    After clearing browsers cache and cookies > Restart device > Access Teams web app using Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser.

    1. If the first recommendation does not work, please try to connect to a different network and disable any Firewall/VPN.
    2. Please check if the issue will still persist if you use other laptops/desktops.
    3. May I know if this only happens when you upload or download a PDF file? Have you tried downloading/uploading .docx file? How does it goes.
