- For the Teams web app, you may try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser. Please check on this link on how to clear it:

After clearing browsers cache and cookies > Restart device > Access Teams web app using Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser.
- If the first recommendation does not work, please try to connect to a different network and disable any Firewall/VPN.
- Please check if the issue will still persist if you use other laptops/desktops.
- May I know if this only happens when you upload or download a PDF file? Have you tried downloading/uploading .docx file? How does it goes.
