Hi TumMomen

Good day to you.

To further understand your current situation, we'd first like to know what device you using currently is. From your description, my understanding is the audio device works when you open the Teams from the dock but can't work when you open the Teams directly. If I have any misunderstanding, welcome back to correct me. You can also share the screenshot about the dock to us.

It seems the issue appears as the connection between Teams and your device when you don't use the dock. Therefore, I suggest you can check the audio device settings in Teams when you can't get sound and speaker doesn't work like the screenshot below(Click the avatar at the upper-right of Teams> Settings> Devices). Meanwhile, please make a test call to check the result.

Besides, we'd like to verify whether the audio device works normally if you use other applications when you take off the dock. It is useful to verify if the issue associated to the computer or single application.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Regards,

Joey
