MS Teams scrolling issue

I'm looking for some advice on a MS Teams issue that many users in my business are experiencing in that when they are scrolling through a conversation it skips to a previous position. They have tried clearing app cache, re-installing teams but the issue persists. I did see a post where some people suggested turning off spell-check but this didn't resolve the problem. I've got roughly 8 people with the issue so I'm thinking it isn't local. I can't see anything about this in the known issues section for teams. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Hi Anna

My name is Daniel. I will be more than happy to assist you.

As a fellow MS Community forum user, I understand you need assistance to solve this issue.

It seems to me several MS Team users experience this issue like this lately, in the meantime, you can ask the problematic users to use MS Teams online when having conversations with others.

Please ask them to follow these steps below:

    1. Please ask them to go to the computer then open the chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please ask them to visit MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.

However, I do believe this issue needs to be investigated furthermore by the MS Team engineering team so they can determine the best next steps for this particular issue.

I highly suggest you report this issue, If this is a bug normally they will release fixes but as a community advisor, I can't guarantee that for you since I don't work for Microsoft.

Follow these steps: Select Help > select report a problem
