Microsoft Teams stability issues

Hi guys,

We have a large number of users complaining about stability issues with Teams today, doesn't seem to be opening in both the app and browser version. Over the past few days they have also mentioned random crashing, unable or excessive time to load and files not saving back up when on WIFI. We've got our team looking into it to determine if it's an internal problem but just wanted to check if there were any wider-scope issues you guys might be aware of.

    I'm writing to follow up on this thread. Have you tried the suggestion above provided by " Lyanna Wales"?

    Which Microsoft Teams client version are users using? Is it latest updated?

    When you say “Over the past few days they have also mentioned random crashing, unable or excessive time to load and files not saving back up when on WIFI.”, may know whether you have tried to check this issue via different network environment to see whether the problem still occurs.

    Hi there,

    Our client they using Teams on both web and desktop app it's working fine have no issue.

    You can check if their system recently update Windows or any other software like antivirus which might be conflicting

    Check with different browsers.

    Try to one of the users to remove and reinstall the Team desktop app to check your issue.
