Shifts issues

Hello,

I am currently not able to add shifts in my work team, there are no 'three dots' to be able to add in locations, hours etc.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jamie

    Hi Jaime,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this issue.

Please make sure that you have owner or member permission to add shift schedule.

Also, I would suggest you follow the below basic troubleshooting to avoid common issues due to app cache:
    For windows user:

    1. Manually restart the app by right-clicking the icon in your taskbar (Windows) and selecting Quit.
    2. Go to File Explorer, delete any of the files in the following locations:
      • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams
    3. Click the app icon to open it again.

    For Mac user,

    1. Quit Microsoft Teams.
    2. Delete files in following folder path.
      “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/
    3. Restart Microsoft Teams.

Besides, you could access 'Teams Web App' https//teams.microsoft.com, use "Use the web app instead" option to open teams in a browser and check the outcome. It will help to isolate the issue with the desktop app.

    Regards
    Nik
