Hi,

I am using two MS teams accounts provided by two different clients. I was using the app for one client, and web app for the other. I wanted to switch the accounts between web app and teams app, so I logged out from both. Now, I cannot login one account into any of these apps, and I get the below error message from web app. But my Teams app on Android with this account is working fine. What can I do to log in?

Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Teams for business | Sign up and Sign in | Switch between accounts

    Hi, Beom,

My name is Didi. I'm happy to help you today.

You may need to contact the org's IT admin to configure the settings below.

    1. Sign in to https://portal.azure.com > Azure Active Directory
    2. Go to Enterprise Applications > Microsoft Teams > Properties
    3. Enable for users to sign-in? : YES

    Hi Didi,

Thank you for the reply. But I have been using it before, which means it's enabled to sign in. I double checked the setting, and it's set to YES. Any other method?

I tried it using incognito mode, and still the same error. I tried clearing cache as well, but no luck.

Have you tried consulting your IT admin to check your Teams settings from Azure?
