Front camera is not working

My front camera is not working in TEAMS. I can only see option of rear camera with an option "World facing" as drop down. I am using XP Elite x2 Laptop and my camera works fine on both views. Please help

    I need to have a look at your DirectX Diagnostics report.

    Press Windows Key, hold it and press r

    Type dxdiag and Enter - If any prompt for yes/no comes, select Yes

    Save All information (this button is down) in a Text file

    Hi Arya

    Option 1 and 2 is not working. I have checked them before as well. On option 3, i don't see device or options on the web version.

    Hello Amitabh

    I am V. Arya, Independent Advisor, to work with you.

    1. Open Teams app - Click your picture on top right - Settings - Permissions - Media permission should be ON.

    Also in Devices - Check for Camera - By default, it is properly selected. If not, select it properly. Not having the right camera selected is a major cause of this issue.

    1. If above doesn't work, assuming this is Windows 10 (if any other OS, let me know)

    Press Windows key, hold it and press i

    Privacy - camera

    Allow apps to access your camera - Should be ON

    Choose which Store apps can access your camera and Allow desktop apps to access your camera - Teams should be ON wherever it appears

    1. Try from Web Teams using Edge or Chrome browser and let me know whether it works or not. This will help me to diagnose where is the issue - https://teams.microsoft.com/

    Please update me with the result. If above doesn't work, I will provide other steps.
