    Welcome Wendy,

I'm an independent advisor, a fellow user and I'm here to help you. It is not possible to move a participant back to the lobby once he has been admitted to the meeting. You will therefore need to remove him from the meeting and he will have to join the meeting again.

    Regards.

We do a lot of interviewing, and would love the ability to make a certain person invited to the meeting wait in the lobby.  We have people outside of our organisation that are attending the interviews as part of a panel.  So none of the options available for the lobby work for us at all.

I wanted to give feedback but could not find the HELP ? setting to enable me to do that, I tried to send you a message from the webpage that advised me to give feedback using HELP ? and that doesn't work either.

thank you I thought this was the case however is there another option for the following scenario

Panel meeting with multiple participants, some of which are dialled in directly by the organiser via telephone to protect their details

Panel commences, one or more participants need to be put on hold or removed from the meeting whilst the panel makes a decison

Participant that left the meeting needs to rejoin

At the moment, the organiser has to contact the participant external to teams as they cannot be invited back in and ask them to dial in which is clunky, in skype for example you can put them on hold and then take them off hold.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.
