Using Microsoft Teams on macOS, including installation, features, and compatibility

If this issue only appears in Mac client, I recommend you log out of Teams client and clear your Teams client cache file by following these tips below:
- Fully quit Microsoft Teams
- Open Finder, then click Go, and select Go to Folder.
- Copy and paste the following into the Go to Folder box, then click Go:
~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft
- Right-click the Teams folder, then click Move to Trash.
- Relaunch Microsoft Teams.
