I want to share another camera that will be watching/recording my hands demonstrating art techniques. Is there a way to screen share another camera in a Teams meeting?

Thanks!

    Hi Lukasify,

There is one setting for camera in the Microsoft Teams, click your Profile picture at the top of Teams, then Settings > Devices > Under Camera, select the camera which you want to use for teams meeting on the Microsoft Teams. You may refer to this detailed official article : Change your default mic, speaker, or camera

Please let me know if you need more assistance.

    Regards,

    Grace

I have set this up but so far, even though I choose the right camera with the extra app, the view from that camera is the one that shows up on the Teams screen. I think I have to somehow set my Teams preferences for the computer camera first. Not quite there yet.

I am finding Teams for education in general very confusing and complicated.

needlesly complicated. I am a wiz with Zoom.

thanks for getting back to me.

    Hi Lukasify,

    Greetings.

According to my research, using multiple cameras in screen sharing at the same time is not feasible in Teams. But you may try this workaround, In a meeting, you configure Teams to use one camera and then start up the Windows Camera-app connected to the other Camera and then share that app.
