Hello,

I'm guest in a MS Teams team and if I click on the project tab, an error occurs. It says: Error loading user settings. Please try again. If this continues please contact customer support.

I also tried to open the projects on website, but then another error message occurs: It says something like. You don't have permission to open planner. please contact your administrator.

In application folder of teams, I deleted cache files as described here: Error loading user settings. Please try again. If this continues - Microsoft Community

But the error messages still occurs. Is there anything I could do as guest? Or is it completly on the site of the administrator of the Team group?
