Getting error while adding a user in Teams. "We ran into an issue. Please try again later"

Hi,

I am trying to add users to team group of which i am the owner but getting below error.

 "We ran into an issue. Please try again later"

I have checked the same in mobile App and on Browser also. Have tried to create a new group but still the same problem.

Cant add any user. Could you please assist?

    Hello,

    I'm seeing the same whilst adding a guest. Works for other guest email addresses however. What was the resolution to this please?

    Hi Betty,

    I have checked it in other systems and even in my Mobile. I have the same problem.

    Also I have tested this on multiple group where I am the owner. I am getting the same error.

    Even I created a new group and not able to add user either from my PC or Mobile or Other PC.

    Please suggest?

    Hi Betty,

    It's happening with only me in my team, Not sure what is the issue. Also using the teams with Office 365.

    Hi Amber,

    Glad to help you here. To figure out whether this is an individual issue or a common issue in your organization, I’d like to confirm whether other members in your organization have the same issue. Since you have tried different devices and different teams, it might be a service issue, if convenient, please try to login to Microsoft Teams with another account, and view whether outcome is different and share it with me.

    In addition, to do further checking, I'd like to confirm whether you are using Teams for free or Teams for Microsoft 365, could you please capture a screenshot of the error, besides, please collect debug log of Microsoft Teams for me, to collect it, just need to press “Ctrl+Shift+Alt+1” shortcut in Microsoft Teams, then it is downloaded at the bottom right corner, to protect your privacy, please upload it to Private Message. Thanks.
