Incompatible Application from Microsoft Teams

I have used Microsoft Teams for free for a while. Suddenly it cannot be entered into online meetings. Troubleshoot found that I have incompatible application. How can it be fixed?

    Hello athena

    I am V. Arya, Independent Advisor, to work with you on this issue. Try to clear cache of Teams

    Close Microsoft Teams app

    Press Windows key, hold it and press r

    Paste the following into Run Window

    %appdata%\Microsoft\teams

    Copy everything from this folder to some other place in your computer. Hence, it means that you will have a backup.

    Now delete everything within this folder

    Open Microsoft Teams app and now check

    As a workaround till your problem is solved, use Web teams - https://teams.microsoft.com/

    Hi

    I have the same problem,I've followed ur instruction,but I still can't enter the meetings.

    I have windows 10,does that matter in any way?
