Teams is not saving comments

There is a message under the Comments box which is always present, "We can't show comments right now. Check again in a few minutes" I'm using the desktop client. I tried using the browser and it does not work either. In the browser, I click save but the comment does not save. Yesterday, a comment appeared to save when using the desktop client but it did not. Comments have never worked. Am I doing something wrong?

    Can you please confirm 2 areas for me

    1. are you a member of a group that plan was assigned to?
    2. Task is corrupted, to further test this, can you create a new task and check if the problem will persist.

    Thanks Igor. I followed the steps and cleared the cache, but still see same results which I've copied below for you to see. I also attempted to add a comment via the web interface. I'm able to type the comment and click Send. The comment appears at the bottom of the Task. However, once I exit the Task and then reopen, the comment is gone.

    Could you try to access your Teams account using the Web app version instead?

    Please check if you are seeing any difference.

    You can also try to clear cache from the Teams app by following the steps from the article below:
