May I know whether you have tried to clear cache/cookies on internet browser to check this issue?
You may try to check this issue via using Incognito/InPrivate browsing window with different browsers such as (latest Edge/Chrome) to see whether it is specific browse side issue.
Also try to troubleshoot this issue via different PC *(e.g. any colleague’s PC)*to see whether it is specific client side issue.
Moreover, please provide us with detailed screenshot about the issue and will further assist you.
