Two questions. Is there a way to make the Teams window smaller? I can only minimize it to about a quarter of the screen. Secondly, is it possible to have a second window open full screen and documenting on it, word for example, with the teams window staying visible?

Appreciate your help!

    Hi Juan,

Thank you for the response. I tried the using the arrow to minimize the screen, however it stops when the teams windows is about a quarter of the monitor. I was hoping to minimize further.

With the second question, maybe I didn't explain completely. I am in healthcare and using Teams to see patients. I need to document in a patients chart while seeing the patient. I would like the Teams window to be on top of my EHR while documenting.

    Thanks again!

    Chris,

Sorry to read that it could not be minimized further.

For the second case/question, I still recommend using the Web version in order to create a "second window".

    Hello Chris,

My name is Juan Pedro and I'm a fellow customer and expert user. I will be more than happy to assist you today!

The answer to the first question is yes. You need to locate your mouse in the corner of the Teams window until an arrow appears and then you could minimize it to your convenience.

The answer to the second question in no, you can have only one Teams app open, but you could use the Web version in order to have 2 screens, here is the link for the Web version: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/sign-i...

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you.
